Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, neural interfaces)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage technology adoption
- Analyze global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors with data-driven recommendations
- Drive ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment and sustainable innovation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Futures School or WFS) or equivalent
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Public speaking experience at major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic technology transformation initiatives
