Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify emerging disruptors and build competitive advantage through strategic partnerships
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board with data-driven recommendations
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future-focused initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on long-term tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Executive communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation
