Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and Web3 innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in emerging tech domains
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and competitive intelligence to identify market opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives and investor expectations
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track innovation pipeline success and ROI of strategic initiatives
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing architectures and sustainable development practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or transforming legacy systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with strategic focus
- Expertise in scenario planning, futures forecasting, and technology adoption lifecycle management
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, Tableau, SQL) and strategic frameworks
- Experience scaling tech teams and driving innovation in fast-paced environments
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) or technology strategy preferred
