- Present findings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and R&D specialists
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching 3+ tech products with >$10M revenue impact
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or ACM)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience securing SBIR grants and DARPA partnerships
