Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position company as industry pioneer
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors with data-driven insights
- Oversee R&D initiatives from ideation to commercialization
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching cutting-edge tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management experience
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, PMP) preferred
