- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and DARPA-affiliated labs
- Chair the Emerging Tech Council evaluating breakthrough opportunities
- Drive commercialization of proprietary neuro-interface technologies
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams across biotech, AI, and materials science
- Present disruptive tech strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology with 12+ years
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to IPO
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, NIST)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing stacks
- Experience securing $50M+ in federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, and German for global partnerships
