Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 tech roadmap integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing sustainable tech solutions with 50%+ reduced carbon footprint
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric interfaces
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping in our VR/AR innovation lab with $1M annual budget
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ in emerging tech investments and strategic partnerships
- Present future tech vision to global clients at industry summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technologies through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with PhD preferred
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, TechCrunch)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Go) and ML frameworks
- Experience with global tech ecosystems and cross-cultural innovation management
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit) or Neuromorphic Engineering preferred
