Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech interfaces, AR/VR 3.0)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech disruptions in 2026+ landscapes
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption readiness
- Champion ethical tech development and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or AR/VR ecosystems
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex scenarios and predict tech disruptions
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical vision to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile and innovation-driven environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation (patents, white papers, keynotes)
