Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and climate-positive AI
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and sustainability teams
- Anticipate ethical implications of emerging technologies through horizon scanning
- Design scalable frameworks for AI-human collaboration in next-gen workplaces
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor emerging technologists in future-focused skills development
- Establish partnerships with quantum research labs and climate-tech accelerators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in future-focused roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research on technology impact assessment preferred
- Strong network with global tech innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
