Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech integration) targeting 2026 implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive advantages

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or biotech integration
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Experience securing multi-million dollar tech budgets and managing vendor ecosystems
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management
