Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Analyze emerging tech (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Partner with VC firms to identify and integrate breakthrough startup innovations
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or bio-integrated systems
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (post-2020)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal preferred
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, or Rust)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, ISO)
