Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with company vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, AR/VR) and assess market viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to stakeholders and board members
- Ensure compliance with emerging tech regulations and ethical standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategy
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
