Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing paradigms
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Present strategic visions to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and societal impact
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching products with 7-figure+ market impact
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Web3, metaverse architecture, and decentralized systems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive technological innovations
