Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting

- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI, biotech, and space technology
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or IEEE Spectrum
