Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable tech roadmaps for 2026+ adoption cycles
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum integration systems
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech paradigms (Web4, decentralized networks)
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Secure $10M+ innovation budgets through data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor junior talent in future-proofing methodologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching at least two enterprise-scale future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and blockchain architectures
- Certification in AI ethics (IEEE, ACM) or equivalent
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with venture capital funding cycles and tech incubation
