- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products (>$100M ARR)
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or scale-up tech environments
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Security clearance eligibility for national tech initiatives
