Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record launching products with $10M+ ARR impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM/Qiskit) or AI Ethics (DeepMind)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on 2030+ tech trends
- Experience scaling teams from 20 to 200+ engineers
- Deep knowledge of DARPA/NASA tech roadmaps
