Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic vision to board members and investors with data-driven impact projections
- Build and manage a global network of technology pioneers and research institutions
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready methodologies and frameworks
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic trends affecting tech evolution post-2025
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures scenarios
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant field (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience in venture capital or corporate innovation lab environments
