Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and launching cutting-edge digital solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3) for commercial viability and integration
- Collaborate with R&D to define innovation pipelines and patent strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation across all business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product development with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or distributed systems architecture
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum and technology foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
