Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies with market impact analysis
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility for future ventures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
