Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with emerging quantum computing paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI ethics frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Present futuristic technology forecasts to C-suite and board members
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental tech incubation
- File patents for at least 3 breakthrough innovations annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech products
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and AI ethics
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Goals tech alignment
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, etc.)
- Active security clearance preferred
