Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and quantum integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes for 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies and competitive landscapes
- Secure $2M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and industry forums at global tech summits
- Mentor emerging engineers in future-focused development methodologies
- Drive patent development for proprietary AI and quantum solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3 architectures
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($1M+)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
