Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging technology assessments (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in at least 3 future-tech domains (AI, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- C-level executive presentation experience with data-driven storytelling
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy publications
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, etc.)
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
