- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive applications in 2026+ ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Austin innovation lab
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications for our roadmap
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Deep understanding of tech convergence patterns and exponential growth curves
