- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or product development with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching market-leading tech products
- Strong data analysis and strategic planning skills
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams
