Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
