- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption metrics
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster an experimental culture within the innovation lab
- Collaborate with sustainability teams to integrate eco-conscious design principles into tech roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum computing initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and technology adoption lifecycle
- Experience building and managing cross-functional innovation teams of 15+ members
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
