- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to prioritize high-value innovation initiatives and secure buy-in for experimental projects.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of innovation pilots and transition successful concepts into production.
- Represent Apex Innovation Labs at industry conferences and forums, positioning the company as a thought leader in future technology.
- Build and mentor a team of strategic planners and futurists to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with a focus on future trends.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and delivering tangible results from long-term strategic projects.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
