Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Horizon Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for the 2026 Horizon Project, aligning it with the company's long-term goals and market opportunities.
- Analyze Emerging Technologies: Monitor global technology trends, including AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing, to identify viable opportunities for integration and competitive advantage.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps that forecast future needs and guide R&D investments for the next 5-10 years.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to translate high-level strategy into actionable business plans.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analyses on competitor technology stacks and innovation strategies to maintain a first-mover advantage.
- Future-Proofing: Assess potential risks and regulatory changes in the tech landscape to ensure the company's infrastructure and products remain compliant and resilient.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, software development lifecycles, and digital transformation strategies.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term and translate abstract concepts into concrete, executable strategies.
