Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Edge Computing.
- Oversee the architectural design of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling future data loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation and process automation.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Evaluate third-party technology providers and emerging startups to secure strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a Fortune 500 or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their potential enterprise applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
