Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators
- Monitor global tech policy developments and adapt strategies accordingly
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technology adoption success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with agile development in emerging tech contexts
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends
