- Manage $15M+ innovation budgets across R&D and prototyping phases
- Coordinate with global labs to accelerate decentralized tech adoption
- Drive ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and deepfake mitigation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on future-tech topics
- Proven track record scaling startups from concept to IPO
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
