Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company’s vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, IoT) to drive product innovation and competitive advantage.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and product managers to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to secure buy-in and resources.
- Scalability & Security: Architect systems that are not only scalable but also secure against future cyber threats and regulatory changes.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with external research institutions and partners to pilot experimental technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic roles within the tech industry, with a proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, Cloud Architecture, and System Design principles.
