Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and execution of the 2026 Vision technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to identify high-impact opportunities for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding R&D, Product, and Executive Leadershipâto prototype and validate future-state concepts.
- Predict and mitigate technological risks associated with long-term innovation projects.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to foster innovation ecosystems.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling, persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in senior technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership roles.
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging tech trends before they become mainstream.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable business plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
