Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on AI/quantum
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Proven track record launching $100M+ tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Keynote speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (CES, Web Summit, TechCrunch Disrupt)
