Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on advancements expected by 2026 (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing).
- Define and articulate a clear, actionable technology roadmap for the organization, aligning R&D initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Identify high-potential startups and technologies for acquisition or partnership opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into viable product strategies for internal teams.
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts to mitigate risks and capitalize on new market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or a senior engineering role within a Fortune 500 environment.
- Proven track record of forecasting technological trends and successfully implementing long-term strategic plans.
