Responsibilities
- Architect the Roadmap: Define the long-term technical and strategic vision for the Horizon 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Tech Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Networks, Quantum Algorithms) to determine viable integration paths.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to drive the 2026 roadmap from concept to prototype.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or partnerships with key players in the future-tech space.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify technical and market risks associated with futuristic technologies and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prototyping & Validation: Oversee the development of proof-of-concept prototypes to validate futuristic technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or strategic technology consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Visionary Mindset: Exceptional ability to foresee industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Proven track record of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
