Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, biotech interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields like neuromorphic computing and ambient IoT ecosystems
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to develop bespoke 2026-readiness transformation blueprints
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused prototyping cycles
- Mentor a diverse team of futurists, data alchemists, and human-centered designers
- Present at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit as company thought leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $10M+ ARR impact
- Deep expertise in sustainable tech frameworks and circular economy principles
- Certified in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit) and advanced neural network architectures
- Portfolio of 2026-vision projects demonstrating systems thinking
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go preferred)
- Experience scaling teams across 3+ international tech hubs
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Systems Engineering, or Future Studies
