Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities in AI, cloud computing, and data analytics.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business goals and revenue targets.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development efforts to prototype and validate future-facing technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in across the organization.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to identify disruptive innovations from competitors and startups that could impact our market position.
- Infrastructure Roadmap: Oversee the evolution of our tech stack, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency for years to come.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management or C-level advisory role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think 5-10 years ahead and translate abstract concepts into concrete execution plans.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading high-performing teams through periods of rapid technological change.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to boards and investors.
