Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap aligned with long-term business goals.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential tech trends, including AI, Quantum Computing, and advanced biotech.
- Lead cross-functional teams in pilot programs and R&D initiatives to validate future tech concepts.
- Present strategic insights and future projections to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Collaborate with external partners, universities, and think tanks to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, tech consulting, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing future-forward strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
