Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI and Quantum computing frameworks.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for projects targeting deployment in the 2026 timeframe.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future-proof technologies into our core product suite.
- Conduct rigorous technical due diligence on emerging technologies and hardware.
- Mentor senior engineers and shape the technical culture of the innovation lab.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high performance under extreme loads.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Rust, Python, and C++ with a proven track record of high-performance system development.
- Experience with Web3, Blockchain, and Smart Contracts.
- Strong understanding of Quantum computing principles and their potential applications.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
