Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead moonshot projects with 10-year commercialization horizons
- Partner with federal agencies on national innovation initiatives
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of PhDs and industry disruptors
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants and venture partnerships
- Patent 3+ breakthrough technologies annually
- Present at Davos, TED, and global innovation summits
Qualifications
- PhD in emerging technology or equivalent with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Secured $10M+ in government or corporate innovation funding
- Patent portfolio with 15+ granted applications
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 500+ innovators
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global collaboration
