Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech leadership with 5+ years in R&D management
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)

- Track record of launching products with 1M+ users or $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network optimization, or synthetic biology
