Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Systems, or Advanced Materials Science
- 10+ years leading R&D initiatives in Fortune 500 or unicorn tech environments
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and machine learning optimization
