Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Materials Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (2000-2025)
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ research grants
- Deep understanding of emerging policy landscapes (US/EU tech regulations)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
