- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets
- Present tech forecasts to investors and stakeholders at global industry forums
- Drive patent development for proprietary future-tech innovations
- Mentor junior researchers and foster an experimental innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 3+ years market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
