Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.) to assess strategic opportunities and risks for 2026+
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members to drive data-backed decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Author thought leadership content and represent Innovatech at global tech forums
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, biotech, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and technical teams
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
