Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategy
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster creative problem-solving
- Report on KPIs and ROI of future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and securing buy-in
- Master's degree in relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in strategic innovation or technology management preferred
