Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to develop strategic 2026+ roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic vision to investors, partners, and executive stakeholders
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem with academic institutions and startups
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and scaling frameworks
- Develop competitive intelligence and market positioning strategies
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing product architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products/solutions
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD preferred)
