Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, blockchain) for commercial viability
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision to investors and executive stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging tech
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/metaverse)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets
- Prior experience in startup or enterprise innovation lab environments
